Anyone up for building a city/town in 1.9?

Anyway, I thought, my town know is nowhere near what i want it to be, and soon enough the server will be updated for 1.9. So i was thinking, instead of working on my own to build a town, why not hire a crew to help me? Current slots are as followed. (----'s mean an empty place.)

Towny will be ready for sure by then

You can start a town which does the following:

- Lets you protect the area you claim

- Lets you add members and ranks to your town

- Lets you sell plots for town members

- You can upgrade to a nation

- Start a war against another town/nation

I will be starting my own, 100% legit, no-spawning town soon, and might have to start a war with you xD
